Title: Measuring the Higgs Boson Yukawa Couplings at an NLC
Abstract: We investigate the inclusive production of the Higgs boson with a heavyquark pair, $t {\overline t}$ or $b {\overline b}$, in$e^+e^-$ collisions at high energy. The ${\cal O}(\alpha_s)$ QCDcorrections are included.
