Title: The Global Electroweak Fit in the Standard Model
Abstract: A brief summary of the electroweak measurements is presented, followed by fits of the measurements within the framework of theStandard Model. The data are in very good agreement with theStandard Model predictions, and can be used to probe purelyweak radiative corrections. From the measurements of theradiative corrections, the upper limit on the mass of the Higgsboson can be set at 230 GeV at 95% confidence level.
